Baneberry is a resort community nestled at the foot of the Great Smoky Mountains in beautiful EastTennessee. It is partially surrounded by Douglas Lake, which has almost 600 miles of shoreline and is one of the premier fishing lakes in Tennessee

A championship golf course winds through the heart of the city. The City is just minutes away from Knoxville, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge (home to Dollywood, a variety of music theaters and some of the best outlet shopping in the Southeast)

	Baneberry is a great place to live, whether you're working or retired. It's very quiet, close to all shopping, great neighbors and has a multitude of recreational opportunities.
	Baneberry is still in its infancy. There are hundreds of vacant lots available. City ordinances and subdivision restrictions are in effect to protect from substandard building or living conditions.
